Denville, New Jersey — On Saturday, June 1, 2013, at the Father Connolly Parish Center in Dover, New Jersey, Linda Mainenti-Walsh, Counsel to the firm of Einhorn Barbarito and a member of the Matrimonial and Family Law Departments, will volunteer her time at the annual Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs Educational Legal Clinic. The clinic takes place from 9 am to 1 pm.
In early May, 2013, Bonnie C. Frost, Esq. received notice that a case she argued in Appellate Court was decided in her favor. This was Ms. Frost’s 26th Appellate Decision that was published, which means other attorneys throughout the state will rely on the holding of this case. Ms. Frost is continuing to help set precedents and case law in the State of New Jersey.
On Thursday, April 4, 2013, Linda Mainenti-Walsh, Counsel to the law firm of Einhorn Barbarito as co-Chair of the Family Law Committee of the Morris County Bar Association will moderate a presentation on how to effectively create motions when involved in a family law practice for the Morris County Bar Association.
