Real Estate
Adam also represents investors and operating companies in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of property across New York, New Jersey, and the United States, working with local counsel as needed. He has significant experience with capital raises, financing structures, and the investment and development of real estate assets. He also advises on the formation of joint ventures and regularly assists clients with commercial leasing, financing, and refinancing matters.
