Theodore E.B. Einhorn

The founder of the firm, Theodore E. B. Einhorn, has practiced in Morris County and throughout New Jersey for many years. Formerly a Municipal Attorney for Rockaway Township, Netcong Borough and Denville Township, Mr. Einhorn also served as the Municipal Prosecutor for Denville Township. Mr. Einhorn has extensive experience in the area of Municipal Land Use and Zoning matters as well as Chancery matters. He has dealt with various aspects of private development applications including rezoning, site plan, subdivision and variance approvals for high-rise office buildings; office/condominium buildings, skilled nursing facility and continuous care centers, hotels, residential subdivisions, and shopping centers. Mr. Einhorn was retained as special counsel by the Town of Boonton and the Township of Denville to assist with various lawsuits involving complex land use questions.

Mr. Einhorn has rendered advice to various companies such as Exxon Company USA, New Jersey Natural Gas, The Sammis Company, The Sonkyong Group, in a myriad of commercial matters including tax appeals, accountings, dissolutions, acquisition and sale of business ventures, partnership disputes and general commercial litigation.

A multi-faceted attorney, Mr. Einhorn has experience with health care administrative and employment matters. He served as counsel for St. Clare’s Hospital in Denville, NJ in the Karen Ann Quinlan case. and as a hearing officer for medical staff disciplinary matters at Newton Memorial Hospital, Princeton Medical Center, and Bayonne Hospital.  Mr. Einhorn is the recipient of the Life Time Achievement Award presented by the Morris County Bar Association for dedicated service to the legal community.
