Commercial and Employment Law Attorney
Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick is seeking a full-time attorney who is eager and interested in working in a fast-paced Commercial Litigation and Employment Law Practice Group. This is an opportunity to work on interesting and complex matters. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience practicing commercial litigation and/or employment law. Candidates must have completed jury trials, taken extensive depositions, and argued complex motions.
Qualified applicants must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and must have exceptional interpersonal skills, good legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Candidates who can generate new business and/or bring their existing clients to the firm are preferred.
