Erica is a plaintiff’s litigator for personal injury matters and a trusted advisor in a range of commercial and civil disputes, as well as professional liability and ethics matters, on behalf of individuals, stakeholders and businesses.

Within Erica’s personal injury practice, she represents individuals and families in all types of medical malpractice matters including serious injury and wrongful death, holding providers accountable when standards of care are not met. In each case, she works closely with her clients and medical experts, distilling complex issues into clear themes that are jury-ready as needed if a settlement cannot be reached. Whether the matter reaches a judgment in court or settles outside of a trial, Erica keeps her clients informed and educated throughout the process. Clients appreciate her dedication and compassionate approach.

Prior to joining Einhorn, Erica worked in private practice in Morris County and Bergen County, New Jersey, and has the rare dual perspective shaped by years of experience advocating for plaintiff-patients or defending hospitals, physicians, and healthcare systems. That defense-side experience informs how she builds plaintiff cases from the outset, anticipating arguments and focusing discovery on what will ultimately matter to resolve the case.

Erica is a proud graduate of Pope John XXIII High School in Sparta, New Jersey, where she ran on the state championship cross country team and raced on the ski team.  She continued her education at the University of Delaware where she majored in Political Science and English, graduating early cum laude.  While a law student at Roger Williams Law School, she worked in at the Legal Assistance Clinic. Following graduation, she clerked for the Honorable David B. Rand, Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County Civil Division.
