Samantha Rocco is an associate in the Taxation and Wills, Trusts & Estates groups, where she assists individuals, businesses and families with all types of estate planning issues. She is currently pursuing her Master of Laws in Taxation at Villanova University. Prior to joining the firm, Samantha was an associate with Milbank LLP in New York, where she gained exposure to finance, mergers and acquisitions, collateralized loan obligations, debt and equity capital markets and various complex tax matters. Previously, she was a law clerk for the Hon. Rudolph A. Filko, P.J.F.P., where she researched and analyzed state statutes and case law; drafted opinions, orders and decisions; and led consent conferences for landlord tenant and non-dissolution (FD) matters. Samantha also interned with the Law Offices of Kelly Berton Rocco, focusing on adoptions, divorces and other family law matters.
