Trial consultation provides attorneys and their clients with something no amount of preparation can replicate: a candid, confidential assessment of a case from the perspective of the bench. Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, Judge Ironson spent 17 years on the New Jersey Superior Court in Morris County, presiding over countless civil trials, and served as chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Jury Selection in Civil and Criminal Trials. Before his appointment, he practiced for 22 years as a civil litigator. He has evaluated cases from both sides of the bench and knows how arguments, witnesses, and evidence actually land in a courtroom.
