Narva advises clients on commercial and corporate matters and litigates complex commercial issues in state and federal, trial and appellate courts. He also represents clients in connection with contract disputes involving a diverse number of subject matters. He has also served as outside general counsel for several companies ranging from national corporations to closely-held businesses, on a range of matters including risk mitigation in their daily operations.
A former criminal prosecutor, Narva is adept at conducting fact-intensive investigations, interviews and negotiations on behalf of his clients. Clients appreciate his clear explanations of their legal positions and his ability to develop strategies that minimize vulnerabilities while aligning with their business goals. A skilled trial lawyer, he has experience conducting thorough investigations, including reviewing client records, subpoenaing relevant parties and non-parties, interviewing party witnesses and conducting depositions and cross-examinations.

Narva received his B.S. from Trinity College and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center. After graduating from law school, he began his legal career with a fellowship serving directly under the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. Narva then served for four years as an Assistant Attorney in the Criminal Division of the Office of the Attorney General of the District of Columbia litigating matters, coordinating with local and federal law enforcement agencies, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing witnesses for trial. Since 2017, and prior to joining Einhorn Barbarito, Narva practiced civil and commercial litigation in New Jersey.
