$245,000 Total Settlement For Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, 40 years old, was a rear seat passenger that was struck by a driver who disregarded a stop sign. The force of the impact was so great that the vehicle in which plaintiff was riding as a passenger was propelled into a 180-degree spin and it crossed both lanes of travel, then after struck a utility pole. Plaintiff sustained a fracture to her wrist and injuries to her back which required a two level fusion surgery with the implementation of hardware.

The case settled on October 23, 2019, prior to the scheduling of trial, for a total amount of $245,000.
