COVID-19 Virtual Estate Planning Services
We at Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC continue to be committed to serving our clients and the surrounding communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have recently received an influx of inquiries regarding the preparation of estate planning documents in light of the temporary statewide closure of essential businesses and “social distancing.” Please know we are able to conduct meetings with clients via telephone and/or video conference and prepare documents remotely. While we are staying positive and know that we will get through this crisis together, we urge everyone to recognize the responsibility that you have to yourselves and your loved ones to ensure your affairs are in order in the event of incapacity or tragedy. We recommend reviewing your existing documents and/or implementing new ones to the extent necessary. These documents include the following:
- Last Will and Testament;
- Advance Directive (Living Will and Health Care Proxy);
- Power of Attorney; and
- Beneficiary Designations (e.g., retirement accounts and life insurance).
If you would like to schedule a phone call or video conference, please feel free to contact us at 973-586-4915.
