Plaintiff, presently fifty-four (54) years of age was rear-ended and sustained neck injuries. After a failed course of conservative treatment, plaintiff was recommended for an anterior C5-C6 discectomy and fusion procedure with instrumentation. The case settled for a total amount of $200,000.00 prior to the scheduling of a trial.
