According to Lawdragon, the Leading Litigators in America list recognizes lawyers who “excel at the art of advocacy before juries, judges and other decision makers on behalf of their clients.”
Minter joined the Firm in 2026 and serves as Co-Chair of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group as well as Co-Chair of the Ethics & Professional Liability Defense Practice Group. In private practice since 1994, including as a founding partner of his former firm, he has earned a statewide reputation for his work on attorney ethics and professional liability defense. He represents attorneys and law firms in all levels of the attorney ethics system, including local ethics panels, the Disciplinary Review Board and the New Jersey Supreme Court. He also defends attorneys and other professionals in liability matters in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey. His practice includes advising and defending clients in high-stakes ethics investigations, disciplinary proceedings, fee disputes, and financial audits. In addition, his civil litigation practice focuses on business disputes, estate and probate litigation and insurance defense matters.
