Patricia M. Barbarito To Present At Essex County Bar Foundation Seminar

On September 30, 2021, Patricia M. Barbarito will be a panelist at the Essex County Bar Foundation seminar, “Valuation, the Practice of Law,  and the Business of Running a Law Firm in a Post-COVID Economy.”  The panel will discuss the impact of the COVID -19 economic downturn on Alternative Dispute Resolution, the business of law, valuations and property division in divorce. The discussion will focus on external factors considered in valuing assets during these trying times, including four main assets and the associated issues facing practitioners in managing clients’ expectations.
