Partner Matheu D. Nunn Appointed To Spring Street CDC Board Of Directors

(DENVILLE, N.J. – November 18, 2019) – Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC is pleased to announce that partner Matheu D. Nunn was appointed to the Spring Street Community Development Corporation board of directors. Founded in 2011, Spring Street CDC is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for Morris County, New Jersey families by addressing economic, educational, and social needs while preserving the cultural and ethnic diversity of the area.

“I am honored to be part of such an important organization,” said Nunn, whose practice focuses on family law, adoption, criminal, and estate matters. “As a member of the board of directors, I will help to create awareness and expand the capabilities of the organization through volunteering and fundraising to assist even more families in need.”

Spring Street CDC strives to improve the availability of safe and affordable housing, support youth through educational programming, reduce unemployment, and expand opportunities for individuals and groups to own and operate business enterprises.

In addition, Spring Street CDC helps more than 500 people each week with hot meals and access to counseling and referral services through programs such as Table for Hope and Student Outreach and Academic Reinforcement (SOAR). The organization relies mainly on donations and volunteers to provide these programs.

Nunn joins an esteemed group of colleagues on the board, including (among others) Chairman of the Board Rev. Dr. Sidney Williams, Jr., CEO of Crossing Capital Group and pastor at Bethel Church of Morristown; Vice Chairman Frank Vitolo, partner at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP; James Gannon, Morris County Sheriff; Esperanza Porras-Field, Morris County Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce founder and president emeritus; and William Schievella, former Morris County Chief of Detectives and Morris County Undersheriff.
