New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education Event “Domestic Violence 2022” Features Matthew Troiano as Panelist on April 27, 2022

Matthew Troiano, Chair of Einhorn Barbarito’s Criminal Practice group, is serving as a panelist and speaker at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s event “Domestic Violence 2022: Emerging Issues in Handling Domestic Violence Cases,” on April 27, 2022. The event is in person and via webinar and will focus on recent developments in the area of domestic violence.

The panelists will discuss issues including the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act, forms of relief available to victims, how to understand cycles of abuse,  LGBTQ+ special concerns, and cyber harassment, amongst a host of other issues and hot topics.
