Morris County Bar Association Honors Bonnie C. Frost With 2021 Family Practice Award

Frost with the association’s 2021 Family Practice Award. Frost will receive this award at the MCBA 2021 Installation & Awards Dinner on June 17.
Frost, who joined Einhorn Barbarito in 1985, practices family law including divorce, custody, domestic violence, and paternity issues. She has participated in and argued 34 Appellate and Supreme Court published decisions affecting family law. A Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney and a Fellow of The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, she has been a member of the State Bar Family Law Executive Committee since 1994. She has been a member of the Early Settlement Panel Program in Morris County since 1990.
Frost has been involved in the ethics system in New Jersey since 1991. Most recently, Frost was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to the Committee on Attorney Advertising, a role in which Frost will assist the Judiciary, the Bar and the people of New Jersey by providing guidance for attorneys to maintain the high ethical standards required of attorneys throughout the state. In addition, she served as Chair of the Disciplinary Review Board for 6 years, the intermediate appellate body for the statewide attorney disciplinary system and has been appointed as the chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Disciplinary Diversionary Committee.
Frost earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1984, her M.Ed. from Rutgers University and her B.A. from Rutgers University, Douglass College. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She has been recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer since 2005; by the New Jersey Bar Association with the Clapp Award for Excellence in CLE and the Saul A. Tischler Award for lifetime contribution to Family Law.
