Litigator Steven H. Wolff Joins as Partner at Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC

Steven WolffEinhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, is pleased to announce that Steven H. Wolff has joined as Partner in the Firm’s Family/Matrimonial Practice Group as well as the Estate, Trust & Probate Litigation, Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, and Accidents/Personal Injury practice Groups.

Prior to joining Einhorn Barbarito, Wolff spent fourteen years running his own law firm serving the legal needs of clients across Passaic, Bergen, Morris, Middlesex, Essex and other counties in New Jersey.

Wolff is an experienced litigator across several practice areas. He represents individuals facing complex family-related legal challenges, provides counsel to clients about divorce, property distribution, custody and support, and advises on legal rights and options for domestic violence victims including protective orders.

As an extension of his work with families, he is involved in estate litigation, representing clients who are seeking to challenge wills as well as persons who are defending against such challenges. In the area of real estate law, Steven advises on matters involving commercial landlord-tenant disputes and handles actions arising from sales and leasing contracts for buying or selling property. Additionally, Steven has handled negotiations and trials in both contract breaches and personal injury matters.

Wolff received his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.A. from the University of Rhode Island. He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York bars and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the Passaic County Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association. He serves as Panel Chair for the Passaic County Early Settlement Program.
