On June 8, 2022, the Township of Parsippany Troy-Hills Zoning Board of Adjustment granted combined Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval as well as Use Variance Approval, with numerous associated Bulk Variances, in connection with the conversion of an existing building (previously used as a bank) to a Dunkin’ restaurant, with a drive-thru. The property is currently located in the B-2A Limited Highway Development District. The Zoning Board of Adjustment gave unanimous approval for this project. Einhorn Barbarito Partner Jason R.
