Jason Rittie Earns Variance Approvals from Borough of Rockaway Land Use Board

On May 3, the Borough of Rockaway Land Use Board granted Minor Subdivision and Use Variance Approval with numerous associated Bulk Variances in connection with a subdivision of two lots to create a new buildable lot for construction of a new single-family home. The properties are partially located in the GLI General Light Industrial District and R-3 Residential District. Einhorn Barbarito partner Jason R. Rittie led the efforts on behalf of the development team, which included engineer and professional planner Paul Anderson PE, PP and architect Jeffry McEntee. Rittie stated, “This project is a good use of the lots for construction of a new single-family home, and the Board’s approval recognized that the newly proposed single-family lot was particularly suited for the location.”
