Jason Rittie Earns Preliminary and Final Site Plan and Variance Approvals from Township of Mount Olive Planning Board

On May 12, the Township of Mount Olive Planning Board granted combined Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval as well as Use Variance Approval, with numerous associated Bulk Variances, in connection with the demolition of an existing vacant building to permit construction of a new Memory Care Building. The property is currently located in the C-2 Commercial District. The Planning Board gave unanimous approval for this project. Einhorn Barbarito partner Jason R.
