Gary R. Botwinick and Matthew S. Rheingold Named to Inaugural 2026 Lawdragon 100 Leading Global Wealth Lawyers Guide

Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, is pleased to announce that Co-Managing Partner Gary R. Botwinick and Partner Matthew S. Rheingold have been named to the inaugural 2026 Lawdragon 100 Leading Global Wealth Lawyers guide.

Botwinick and Rheingold are Co-Chairs of the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Taxation practice groups and are the only two New Jersey-based attorneys selected to the inaugural list.

According to Lawdragon, the Global Wealth guide recognizes lawyers who “bring skills in estate planning, fiduciary management, and litigation, tax, wealth transfer, charitable giving, family offices, and the range of business activities inherent in managing the sources and management of wealth.”

Botwinick is a highly experienced tax and trusts and estates attorney who advises businesses and individuals on matters including unique family challenges, business succession, wealth transfer, premarital planning and changes in the law, including the ever-changing tax landscape. He also represents clients in estate and fiduciary litigation. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.

Rheingold devotes his practice to estate and trust administration, charitable planning and business succession planning, as well as controversial estate litigation and tax dispute matters. He also has experience negotiating with the Internal Revenue Service, New Jersey Division of Taxation and the New York Department of Taxation. He serves as the Secretary of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey and earned his LL.M. in Taxation from New York Law School.
