The New Jersey Law Journal interviewed Co-Managing Partner Matheu D. Nunn about the firm’s relocation to a new space that nearly doubles its footprint and allows for continued growth.
The article explains that the firm, which has more than 45 attorneys plus another 40 staff, moved into a 25,000-foot space at 4 Campus Drive in Parsippany, moving from its 16,000-foot space in Denville, some 5 miles north.
“Basically, we ran out of space,” Nunn said, noting that, between all the mediations, arbitrations, depositions and general meetings that take place, sometimes the firm would run out of space at the old facility, but that should be a thing of the past. “This allows us to accommodate more stuff on site. … Parsippany checked all the boxes.”
Nunn said that being the most central location for the firm’s staff, as well as its quick access to Interstates 287 and 80, was a key factor for selecting Parsippany. Nunn said he and Co-Managing Partner Gary Botwinick began seriously looking at new space in the fall of 2023 when, he said, the commercial real estate market looked like it was about as low as it was going to get. According to Nunn, it took about four months to negotiate the lease, and then additional time for construction. The firm’s return to work efforts played a role in the move as well, Nunn said, noting that the firm has three in-office days with Wednesday being an anchor day for all employees to attend.
The article also states that potential further growth was a factor as well. With already 19 lawyers focused on matrimonial work, Nunn said the full-service firm is most keenly interested in growing its commercial, estate and personal injury litigation practices. According to Nunn, the new headquarters allows for the addition of another 10 attorneys.

An article in New Jersey Business Magazine stated that Einhorn Barbarito has been deeply rooted in Morris County for nearly 65 years, and that the firm has grown steadily through that time, earning a reputation for integrity, hard work, and high-quality legal service across a broad range of practice areas. The new Parsippany headquarters reflects both the continuity of that history and the firm’s vision for the future. The article quoted Co-Managing Partners Matheu D. Nunn and Gary R. Botwinick:
“Our firm raises the standard of client service by pursuing excellence in every matter,” said Botwinick. “This move gives us the space and resources to respond to client needs with even greater precision and care.”
“Client service has been the defining measure of this firm for more than six decades,” added Nunn. “In Parsippany, we will build on that legacy by broadening our services and elevating the way we meet client needs every day.”
