 Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC is pleased to announce that Erica C. Avondoglio has joined the firm as a Partner.  Avondoglio is a plaintiff’s litigator for personal injury matters and a trusted advisor in a range of commercial and civil disputes, as well as professional liability and ethics matters, on behalf of individuals, stakeholders and businesses.

Avondoglio represents individuals and families in all types of medical malpractice matters including serious injury and wrongful death, holding providers accountable when standards of care are not met. In each case, she works closely with her clients and medical experts, distilling complex issues into clear themes that are jury-ready as needed if a settlement cannot be reached.  

She earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Delaware. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable David B. Rand, Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County Civil Division.
