Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, is delighted to celebrate the well-deserved elevation of eight outstanding team members, effective January 1, 2026.

“Each advancement honors individual growth and achievements earned through relentless client advocacy and unwavering dedication to our craft,” said Matheu D. Nunn, Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Family/Matrimonial Practice Group and Appellate Practice Group.

“These promotions bolster the firm’s depth, expand its leadership bench, and reinforce a long-term commitment to client service and institutional strength as the firm continues to grow across practices and generations,” added Gary R. Botwinick, Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Taxation Practice Groups.

Representing multiple practice areas, the elevations include:

Jennifer Fortunato, a Partner in the firm’s Family/Matrimonial Practice Group, has been named to the firm’s Board of Directors. Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Matrimonial Attorney and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Fortunato has been practicing family law at the firm since 1997. She also focuses on special education law, advocating for children with special needs. Fortunato earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and her B.S., cum laude, from Boston University.

Hon. David H. Ironson, J.S.C. (Ret.), who rejoined the firm in 2025 as Of Counsel and Chair of the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group, has been named to the firm’s Board of Directors. For 17 years until his retirement from the bench in 2025, Judge Ironson served on the New Jersey Superior Court in Morris County in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions of the Court. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Maryland.

Dennis Shlionsky, who joined the firm as Counsel in 2024, has been named Partner in the firm’s Accidents/Personal Injury Practice Group. He dedicates his practice exclusively to litigating personal injury cases of every kind and complexity, including automobile and trucking accidents, slip-and-fall and premises liability, broker malpractice, construction disputes, incidents involving public entities, and other catastrophic personal injury cases. He received his J.D. from Rutgers University Law School and his B.A. from Montclair State University.

Jennie L. Osborne, who has litigated matrimonial, post-judgment and domestic violence cases since joining the firm in 2004, has been named Partner in the firm’s Family/Matrimonial Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University and her B.A. from Montclair State University.

James M. DeStefano has been named Partner in the firm’s Family/Matrimonial Practice Group. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2011 after completing a clerkship with the Honorable Robert J. Gilson, J.S.C., Sussex County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Division, and was elevated to Counsel in 2017. DeStefano earned his J.D., cum laude, from New York School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts.

Matthew S. Coleman, who joined the firm as an Associate in 2013 and was promoted to Counsel in 2020, has been named Partner in the firm’s Family/Matrimonial Practice Group. Coleman focuses his practice on divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support and alimony, as well as LGBTQ individuals and same-sex couples. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law and his B.A., with honors, from New York University.

Amanda Clark, who joined the firm as an Associate in 2019, has been named Counsel in the firm’s Accidents/Personal Injury Practice Group. Clark clerked for the Honorable David H. Ironson, J.S.C. (Ret.). She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, from William Paterson University.

Samantha Rocco, who joined the firm as an Associate in 2021, has been named Counsel in the Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Rocco earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University, her J.D., summa cum laude, from Pace Law School, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Manhattan College.
