Cimmerian Morgan To Present CLE Webinar: What Family Lawyers Can Learn from Personal Tax Returns

Morgan Esq., attorney with the firm Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, will be presenting a webinar for lawyers entitled “What Family Lawyers Can Learn from Personal Tax Returns.” The webinar is offered by New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) and will provide attorneys licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York with the opportunity to receive continuing legal education credits from their desktops.
The webinar will discuss the wealth of information that a personal tax return contains for divorce lawyers in helping them determine the parties’ various forms of income, such as ordinary wages, business income, interest and dividends, rental income, capital gains, etc. The webinar will also provide valuable instruction with regard to understanding the different Schedules found in personal tax returns. Mr. Morgan and Noah Rosenfarb, a Certified Public Accountant, will be discussing practical strategies on how to read and interpret the information on tax returns and how to then use that information in the context of matrimonial litigation and/or the negotiation of Property Settlement Agreements.
