$780,000 Settlement Following Multi-Vehicle Collision on New Jersey Turnpike

Dennis Shlionsky, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, P.C., reached a settlement in the case of two Plaintiffs who sustained injuries in a three-vehicle collision involving a sedan and a tractor-trailer on the New Jersey Turnpike, resulting in neck, shoulder and back pain that ultimately required lumbar surgery for both plaintiffs. The crash led to three separate lawsuits: one in the Supreme Court of New York, Westchester County, which was removed to U.S. District Court for S.D.N.Y.; another in Essex County Superior Court; and a third in Middlesex County Superior Court. Prior to trial, the case was settled for a total amount of $780,000 that primarily compensates the Plaintiffs for pain and suffering.
