Gary R. Botwinick To Present At NJICLE 2020 Estate Planning Summer Institute Webinar
July 21, 2020Gary R. Botwinick, Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Wills, Trusts & Estates and Taxation practice groups, will present at the 2020 Estate Planning Summer Institute on July 23, 2020. Gary will be presenting on a session titled “Estate Planning for Second Marriages.” The program is entitled “Estate Planning for Blended Families” which will provide an overview of the many issues that attorneys must address when planning for married clients with children from prior marriages or relationships.
This two-day Zoom meeting webcast program presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (“NJICLE”) in cooperation the New Jersey State Bar Association (“NJSBA”) Real Property Trust and Estate Law Section provides an in-depth look at estate planning and features advanced analysis of the most pressing topics in 2020 estate planning presented by a seasoned panel. Participants will have the option of viewing the program live or on demand within 120 days to obtain CLE credits.
