$600,000 Settlement for Driver Struck by Vehicle

Christopher L. Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 47-year-old man, who was proceeding straight when another vehicle made a left turn in front of his vehicle and struck his vehicle. Plaintiff injured his neck and lower back. After conservative treatment failed to relieve the pain from his neck and lower back injuries, he underwent an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion surgery at C5-6. The case settled for a total of $600,000.
