$420,000 Settlement Following Fall on Black Ice

Plaintiff was working as a commercial delivery driver when she slipped on unsalted ice in her employer’s truck parking lot. Plaintiff required two surgeries to heal from her injury. The case was settled for a total amount of $420,000.
