$290,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff was stopped waiting to make a left turn when Defendant attempted to drive around the left side of her vehicle. Defendant drove into oncoming traffic before swerving into Plaintiff’s vehicle causing injuries to her lower back and knee. Her knee injury required injection treatment and her back injuries required surgery.
