$250,000 Settlement For Injuries Sustained Following Impact of Rear Collision

Christopher L. Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 45-year old woman who was struck in the rear by another vehicle. As a result of the accident, she injured her neck and back. She underwent a course of chiropractic care and injections in an attempt to alleviate her pain, but conservative management failed to provide relief.  She ultimately underwent back surgery. The case settled for a total of $250,000.
