$250,000 Settlement Following Rear Collision on Highway Entrance Ramp

Christopher L. Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 59-year old woman who was stopped on a highway entrance ramp when she was struck in the rear by another vehicle. She sustained fractures of her nasal bone, a laceration in her forehead, and neck and back injuries. She attempted physical therapy and injection therapy to cure her neck pain but eventually required neck surgery. The case settled for the policy limits of $250,000.
