$250,000 Settlement Following Car Collision with Motorcycle

Christopher L. Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 31-year-old man who had the right of way while operating a motorcycle when a car abruptly attempted to make a left-hand turn, directly in the path of his motorcycle. This caused the Plaintiff to fall off his motorcycle and crash. He sustained injuries to his knee, neck and left wrist and required surgical intervention for his knee, shoulder and wrist. The case settled for the policy limit of $250,000.
