$245,000 Settlement For Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, a 90-year-old man, was injured when another vehicle, operated by an 88-year-old woman, ran a stop sign and crashed into his vehicle. The impact pushed Plaintiff vehicle off the roadway. The Defendant left the scene of the accident. Plaintiff was immediately transferred to the hospital where diagnostic testing revealed dangerous conditions in his neck. Plaintiff was then transferred to another hospital and underwent emergency neurosurgery for severe injuries to his neck.

The case settled on July 11, 2019 for $245,000, prior to trial and prior to defense being assigned.
