$225,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, who was 40 years old at the time of the accident, was a passenger in a vehicle that was rear-ended, then sustained a second impact with the vehicle in front of her vehicle. Plaintiff underwent extensive chiropractic care and physical therapy, but remained in pain. She was recommended for a cervical spine surgery, which she underwent to resolve her persistent complaints.

The case settled prior to trial for $225,000.
