$200,000 Total Settlement For Slip And Fall On Icy Sidewalk

Plaintiff, during the course of her employment at a coffee shop, slipped and fell on ice in the freezer.  Defendant, an HVAC contractor, performed mechanical and maintenance services on the freezer, specifically to repair a leak in the ceiling of the freezer room and to address a thermostat malfunction prior to Plaintiff’s fall. As a result of the fall, Plaintiff tore her rotator cuff  and required surgery. The case settled for a total amount of $ 200,000.00.
