$200,000 Total Settlement For Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, presently thirty-seven(37) years old was a passenger in a vehicle that was fully stopped in traffic, in Woodbridge, New Jersey when the vehicle was rear-ended. Plaintiff sustained injuries to her neck. She attempted a course of conservative treatment with a chiropractor, but her injuries failed to improve. She then sought treatment with a pain management physician, who performed medial branch blocks. However, Plaintiff’s injuries remained. She was then recommended for an anterior C5-C6 discectomy and fusion surgery with instrumentation, which Plaintiff underwent.

The case settled for a total amount of $200,000 on December 6, 2019, prior to the scheduling of a trial.
