$165,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, age 45, was rear-ended when a vehicle traveling behind her struck her vehicle four (4) times. Plaintiff was transported via ambulance from the scene of the accident, to the hospital, where she complained of severe neck and low back pain. Plaintiff underwent a cervical spine surgery.

The case settled on July 31, 2019 for $165,000, prior to trial.
