$150,000 Total Settlement For Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, a 38-year old male, was struck when Defendant’s vehicle crossed into Plaintiff’ s lane of travel and struck his vehicle suddenly and without warning. Plaintiff’ s vehicle sustained extensive property damage to the passenger’ s side as a result of the impact. He complained immediately of pain to his lower back for which he was transported via ambulance to the hospital. Plaintiff attempted conservative care, but his injuries did not resolve. He ultimately underwent a lower back surgery, Unfortunately, there were issues with regard to liability and the causation of Plaintiff’s injuries.

The case settled on September 16, 2019, for a total of $150,000, prior to the scheduling of trial.
