$100,000 Settlement Following Failure to Yield Right of Way

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, reached a settlement in the case of Plaintiff, age 56, who was injured when another driver abruptly made a left turn in front of his vehicle. Plaintiff sustained neck and left shoulder injuries which both required surgery. The case settled for the maximum insurance coverage of $100,000.
