$100,000 Settlement Following Car Accident

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, age 24, who was injured when his vehicle was struck from behind after a dump truck driver swerved to avoid a disabled vehicle. Following the initial impact, another commercial truck was unable to stop in time and also struck Plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff suffered neck and lower back injuries that required physical therapy and steroid injections. The case settled for a total amount of $100,000.
