March 15, 2013Denville, NJ — On March 20, 2013, Patricia M. Barbarito, Esq. & Gary R. Botwinick, Esq., partners with the law firm of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, located in Denville, New Jersey will be presenting a seminar for the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey entitled “From Romance to Ruin: Estate Planning Before, During and After the Divorce.”
The program, which will be held at the Madison Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey, is open to the members of the association and will focus on practical strategies to assist the audience with the ability to identify and consider the estate planning issues that arise prior to marriage, during a marriage but prior to filing for divorce, at all stages of a divorce and after the conclusion of a divorce action. Continuing legal education credits will be provided for attorneys as well as continuing education credits for Certified Public Accountants and Certified Financial Planners.
