On Thursday, August 1, 2013, Thomas J. Snyder, Esq. will be moderating a panel of distinguished family law practitioners and presenting at a seminar entitled “Family Law for Paralegals & New Attorneys: A 2013 Update” which will take place at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
The program is specifically designed for paralegals who handle family law matters and recently admitted attorneys who wish to learn more about this area of practice. It will focus on the technical requirements and skills that both paralegals and newly minted attorneys need to work successfully in a family law practice. The seminar will provide the audience with information on the specific forms used in family law, court rules, ethical concerns, effective trial preparation and more. Mr. Snyder will be joined by an number of family law attorneys and a retired family law judge in presenting this highly informative material.
