Thomas Dorn Quoted in NJMoneyHelp.com Column Discussing Workers’ Compensation Policy Requirements for Film Crew

Thomas Dorn, a partner in Einhorn Barbarito’s Accidents/Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation groups, was featured on NJMoneyHelp.com, answering a reader’s question: “I’m producing a film. Do I need workers comp for my crew?”

Dorn explained that the producer should reach out to their insurance agent who arranged the general liability insurance policy about a “wrap-up policy” for workers’ compensation insurance. “A wrap-up policy provides workers’ compensation insurance to the workers on the film for a specific period of time,” he said.
