October 10, 2012 | Results may vary depending on your particular facts and legal circumstances.Denville, NJ — The law firm of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost and Botwinick, PC is, once again, participating in the Annual NJ Paralegal Convention. The 2012 convention takes place on Friday, October 19, 2012 at the Renaissance Woodbridge in Iselin, New Jersey.
October 19, 2012 has also been proclaimed by New Jersey Governor Chris Christie as Paralegal Day. This is in recognition of the value of the paralegal profession and the annual statewide convention.
Jennifer L. Smith whose role as Treasurer for the Annual Statewide Convention includes coordinating and booking speakers, vendors and sponsors as well as maintaining all of the financial and registrant records is a family law paralegal in the firm of Einhorn Barbarito. In addition to a number of other attorneys and professionals, Ms. Smith booked two Einhorn Barbarito attorneys, Thomas J. Snyder, Esq. and Jason R. Rittie, Esq., to attend the convention as speakers to provide educational seminars to the paralegals of New Jersey.
The convention is broken into different tracks. Since paralegals usually concentrate their work in a specific area of law, the events planned follow the various practice areas including Family Law, Litigation, Business, Criminal, and a special track for new paralegals as well. Each of these seminars is designed to provide information which paralegals can bring back to their offices and use immediately.
Thomas J. Snyder, Esq., a Partner in the law firm of Einhorn Barbarito who concentrates his practice solely on Family and Matrimonial law issues, will be teaching a seminar entitled “The Numbers Game” with Thomas Reck, CPA. It will teach the paralegals how to prepare a Case Information Statement (CIS) for a divorce case, uncover the mysteries of the tax return and how to analyze the other spouse’s CIS for possible hidden assets.
Jason R. Rittie, Esq., who is Counsel to the firm of Einhorn Barbarito and concentrates his practice on Small Business, Land Use and Zoning and Real Estate issues, will be providing a seminar on the differences between the various Business Entities and the benefits of choosing one over the other.
