Stephen Haller To Present Seminar On Divorce Law To Other Attorneys

On June 12, 2014, Stephen P. Haller, Esq. of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, along with other attorneys, will be presenting a full day, comprehensive seminar for the National Business Institute entitled: Discovery and Evidence In Divorce. The seminar will take place in Newark, New Jersey at the Doubletree Hilton.
The seminar, which will provide attorneys in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania with Continuing Legal Education credits, focuses on practical strategies attorneys need to employ when handling a divorce. Mr. Haller will discuss the legal ethics attorneys need to practice when working with divorce clients, including conflict of interest checks, dealing with clients and opposing counsel, attorney fees and retainer agreements, and spoliation (the intentional or negligent withholding, hiding, altering, or destroying of evidence relevant to the legal proceeding) issues.
