Nunn, partner and co-chair of the firm’s Family Law Practice and Appellate Practice, was a featured panelist at the NJICLE webinar “Establishing a Prima Facie Case of Cohabitation,” on March 1, which discussed the issue of establishing cohabitation in light of the Temple v. Temple ruling.
The panel of family lawyers provided insights on the prima facie burden, as well as the conflicting court opinions and the efforts to make the law more uniform.
