Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC is pleased to announce that Adam N. Love has joined the firm as a Partner in the Trusts & Estates and Estate, Trust & Probate Litigation Practice Groups, as well as the Business/Corporate, Commercial Litigation, and Real Estate Practice Groups. Previously the former head of litigation at Marks DiPalermo Wilson PLLC, a New York-based law firm, Love handles disputes involving corporate law, insurance matters, real estate and land, torts, partnerships, shareholder, contract, and estates.

Botwinick, Co-Managing Partner and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Trusts & Estates and Taxation Practice Groups. “Adam is also extremely skilled at working with trusts, estates, and their advisors to help establish proper succession planning and, if needed, protect parties’ interests in estate litigation.”

Love serves as de facto in‑house counsel for small and mid‑size companies and collaborates closely with in‑house teams at larger organizations. He advises business owners on a full range of corporate matters, including contract negotiation and drafting, joint ventures, buy‑sell agreements, corporate formation, capital raises, governance, and employment issues. In addition, he represents investors and operating companies in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of property across New York, New Jersey, and the United States, working with local counsel as needed. He has significant experience with capital raises, financing structures, and the investment and development of real estate assets. He also advises on the formation of joint ventures and regularly assists clients with commercial leasing, financing, and refinancing matters.
Love earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.A. from State University of New York at Binghamton. He is a Board Member of the JCC of Central New Jersey.
