March 5, 2019Einhorn Barbarito attorneys, Bonnie C. Frost, Thomas J. Snyder and Matthew James Troiano will join Daniel Coleman of Creative Solutions Investigative Services in Morris Plains, Sheryl Seiden of Seiden Family Law in Cranford, and Debra S. Weisberg of Donahue Hagan Klein & Weisberg in Morristown as they present a webinar for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE), “Privacy in Family Law Cases” on March 20, 2019.
About the program: “Privacy is the ultimate challenge in the internet age. Electronic data, such as e-mails, videos, text, cell phones, and social media and twitter postings, reveal copious amounts of information about our whereabouts, activities, habits, and thoughts. They are an information vault, ready to be mined by exes and adversaries. What can they and the courts access? What can you protect? What is a reasonable expectation of privacy in a digital, litigating, divorcing universe? What can you do if a litigant engages in digital stalking or secretly records the opposing party?”
NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 2.4 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial law.
