Einhorn Barbarito Partner, Matheu Nunn, Comments on Private Complaint Issued Against New Jersey Governor

Einhorn Barbarito partner, Matheu Nunn, was interviewed regarding a citizen’s complaint which was issued against New Jersey Governor, Chris Christie for official misconduct in the Bridgegate matter.  Nunn, who formerly worked in the Morris County prosecutor’s office, said “citizens can file complaints in municipal courts if they  believe someone has committed a crime and a prosecuting agency hasn’t brought charges or isn’t aware.”
